Quick help

• Start: "Start ScriptAI Coach."
• Choose: say a scenario name or number.
• Hint: "coach."
• Score: "evaluation" or "end conversation."
• Repeat: "restart."
• Choose another: "list scenarios."

Each new attempt announces its randomly selected personality and resistance level. These stay fixed for that attempt.

Voice availability depends on ChatGPT. The plugin cannot enable Voice or change microphone permissions. If practising during a commute, set up while parked if driving and use it only when it does not distract from driving.

Scope and publisher

This notice describes the free ScriptAI Coach ChatGPT plugin published by Andrei Kostiounine. It does not describe the separate hosted ScriptAIcoach training platform or general browsing of the ScriptAIcoach website.

Practice conversations

This version of the plugin consists of instructions and scenario files used inside ChatGPT. It does not connect to a ScriptAIcoach server, create a ScriptAIcoach account, or send practice transcripts, audio or scores to a separate ScriptAIcoach database. Installing the plugin does not itself send your conversation to its publisher.

Your messages, generated replies and any Voice interactions are handled through ChatGPT. OpenAI's applicable privacy policy, service terms and account settings govern its handling of that information. This notice does not promise that OpenAI does not retain content or use it to improve its services.

Terms of Use

Effective date: October 26, 2026

About the plugin

ScriptAI Coach is a free English-language conversation practice plugin published by Andrei Kostiounine. It simulates fictional real estate prospects and provides coaching and evaluation feedback. It is separate from the hosted ScriptAIcoach training platform and its subscriptions.

Access and charges

The publisher charges no fee to use this plugin. ChatGPT access, feature availability, usage limits and any charges from OpenAI remain separate. The plugin does not provide a separate OpenAI subscription or guarantee Voice availability.

Practice and feedback

Scenarios use fictional examples, including North American real estate terminology and prices. They do not provide current property valuations or adapt automatically to local real estate law and transaction procedures.

AI replies and scores can be inaccurate or inconsistent. Scores are practice feedback, not professional certification, licensing decisions or a guarantee of sales performance. Use your professional judgement and check local requirements before applying practice material to real clients.

Responsible use

Use fictional or appropriately anonymised information. Do not present simulated conversations as real client interactions. Your use of ChatGPT remains subject to OpenAI's applicable terms and policies.

OpenAI terms: openai.com/policies/terms-of-use

If practising during a commute, do not interact with the screen while driving or continue practice when it distracts from driving.
