The Communication Readiness Course prepares new real estate agents for real client conversations through structured AI role-play scenarios, coaching feedback, and repeated practice before they interact with actual buyers and sellers.

30-Day Onboarding Milestones

Each module maps to a practical capability milestone

The Communication Readiness Course is typically completed during a 30-day onboarding period. As each module is completed, the agent becomes more ready to contribute to specific brokerage activities.

Week 1

Module 1 - Online Lead Handling
Agent can respond to and qualify incoming online leads.

Week 2

Module 2 - Open House Interaction
Agent can confidently engage with open house visitors.

Week 3

Module 3 - Buyer Consultation
Agent can conduct structured buyer discovery conversations.

Week 4

Module 4 - Seller Conversations
Agent can discuss selling motivations and listing considerations.

How to Use Training Scenarios

Choose a scenario, practice, and finish with evaluation

  • Choose a training scenario from the course modules below.
  • Start in text if you want slower review and more deliberate phrasing.
  • Switch to voice inside ChatGPT when you want spoken pacing, tone, and delivery practice.
  • Prospect personality and resistance are randomly selected inside the conversation, so repeated runs of the same training scenario can feel different.
  • Multilanguage versions are in development as the course expands beyond English.
  • Commands must be written exactly as shown and placed on a separate line by themselves.
  • Use coach if you want a short suggestion during the session.
  • Use evaluation or end conversation when you want scoring and feedback.
Pass / Fail Criteria

What counts as a passing run

  • Pass score: 28 points or higher.
  • Coach calls: no more than 3 during one scenario.
  • Use coach support when needed, but avoid depending on it too often.
  • The goal is to complete the conversation with solid discovery, professionalism, and lower support needs over time.
