1. Who We Are

ScriptAIcoach ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ScriptAIcoach training platform at training.scriptaicoach.com and the marketing website at scriptaicoach.com. ScriptAIcoach is operated by Andrei Kostiounine. Questions about this policy can be directed to andrei@scriptaicoach.com.

2. What Information We Collect

Account and contact information

When you or your brokerage register for ScriptAIcoach, we collect your name and email address. This information is used to create your account and send you login links.

Training session data

When you use the training platform, we store:

  • Conversation transcripts from text and voice training sessions
  • AI-generated session evaluations and scores
  • Session metadata (scenario, duration, completion status, language)
  • Voice session audio processing data (handled in real time via OpenAI; we do not store raw audio)

Usage and operational data

We collect data to operate and improve the platform, including session counts, API usage metrics, and error logs. This data does not contain the content of your training conversations.

Cookies and session state

We use a single signed session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data on the marketing website (scriptaicoach.com) if you have not opted out via your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the training platform
  • To send you login links and account notifications
  • To allow your brokerage manager or coach to review your training progress
  • To generate AI evaluations of your training sessions
  • To measure and improve platform quality and reliability

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your training session content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Who Can See Your Data

Within your brokerage or coaching program

Your manager or coach can view your session transcripts, evaluation results, and progress data. This is an intended part of the training program. Agents and managers can only see data within their own brokerage or coaching account.

ScriptAIcoach staff

Authorized ScriptAIcoach staff may access session data for support and quality purposes. This access is limited to what is necessary to respond to reported issues.

Third-party service providers

We use the following sub-processors to operate the platform:

  • OpenAI — AI prospect replies, voice processing, and session evaluations are generated using the OpenAI API. Conversation data is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose, subject to OpenAI's data processing terms.
  • Supabase — Managed PostgreSQL database hosting for all session and account data.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and deployment.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery for login links.

5. Data Retention

  • Session transcripts and voice telemetry: retained for 90 days after session completion
  • Evaluation reports, support issues, and manager notes: retained for 180 days
  • Account and contact information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after

You may request deletion of your data by contacting andrei@scriptaicoach.com.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), signed session tokens, hashed authentication credentials, and access controls limiting who can read session content. No system is completely secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact andrei@scriptaicoach.com.

8. Children

ScriptAIcoach is intended for professional use by adult real estate agents and industry professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
