1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ScriptAIcoach platform — including the training application at training.scriptaicoach.com and the marketing website at scriptaicoach.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including agents, brokerage managers, coaches, and administrators.

2. Description of Service

ScriptAIcoach provides an AI-powered conversation training platform designed for real estate agents and the brokerages and coaches who support them. The platform enables agents to practice realistic prospect conversations, receive AI-generated evaluations, and track progress over time. The service is provided on a pilot and subscription basis as described on the Pricing page.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the training platform is granted through magic-link authentication sent to your registered email address. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. You must not share your login link with others. Each account is personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the account type (for example, a brokerage account managed by a designated manager).

ScriptAIcoach reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are associated with fraudulent activity, or are part of a brokerage whose subscription has lapsed or been disabled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ScriptAIcoach only for its intended purpose: professional training and skill development in real estate communication. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the platform's AI prompts, evaluation logic, or scenario content
• Use the platform to generate content for any purpose other than personal training
• Submit harmful, abusive, or illegal content through training sessions or support reports
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, session limits, or billing controls
• Represent AI-generated session content as real client interactions

5. Pilot Program Terms

ScriptAIcoach is currently in a limited pilot phase. Pilot access is granted on a per-brokerage or per-coach basis at ScriptAIcoach's discretion. Pilot terms, including pricing and feature access, may differ from future production offerings. ScriptAIcoach reserves the right to modify or discontinue pilot access with reasonable notice.

6. AI-Generated Content

Session conversations, evaluations, and coaching feedback are generated by AI and are provided for training purposes only. AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice, legal guidance, or a guarantee of real-world performance. Evaluation scores are intended as structured practice feedback and should not be used as a formal performance review tool without appropriate human oversight.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, scenario materials, training prompts, and evaluation frameworks are the intellectual property of ScriptAIcoach. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content outside the platform without written permission. Transcripts of your own training sessions may be reviewed and retained by you and your brokerage for internal purposes consistent with these terms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of ScriptAIcoach is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the platform, you agree to the data practices described there.

9. Third-Party Services

ScriptAIcoach uses third-party services including OpenAI (AI generation), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of ScriptAIcoach means your data may be transmitted to these providers as necessary to operate the service. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

ScriptAIcoach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI evaluations will be accurate in all cases. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScriptAIcoach's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
